He also was very supportive during our in person visits in GJT over the space of more than 2 years and during the multiple offers and the final closing without our presence. He quickly got what we were looking for and was excellent in pointing us toward properties and provide experience on items we were questioning. The only reason for not giving a 10 score is the Bray Website that degraded during the 2+ years of ongoing use, in particular the filter functions. Scott tried to raise this but he could not get through and it did not get fixed - so we used Zillow to search and Bray to confirm after the filter broke early this year. We will recommend Scott but may point to another website.

This is the third time we've used him. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and goes above and beyond in terms of taking care of issues that come up during the purchase process. Plus he's just a great guy. We wouldn't use anyone else! Thanks, Scott.

He sold us our first home, then when we wanted a larger home, he found us one in Shadowbrook. He then sold the first home and we purchased the second from him and he is currently in the process of selling it for us as we came into a difficult family situation and had to relocate back to Steamboat Springs to be closer to our two daughters. During that twenty-five year period, he never failed to send us a calendar and magnet card for the refrigerator. Hence, we had a "Hayduk Hall of Fame " on our refrigerator for years. He currently is in the process of trying to sell our home in Junction during a very difficult time in the real estate market. But he will get the job done.
